Have went to SME Bank today. Enquired a lot on the business loan/grant. There is something that you need to know in Malaysia. Government is so damn stupid yet all the colleges wish that your commanding english is in a perfect level. Can anyone define Startup business to me clearly and precisely ??
they love to simply adopt terms where it comes out from their brain on that particular time. As long as got such a word exist, they will use it without second thought. oh my Malaysia, memang boleh all the times. Anyone know bout technopreneur? I think this english term only exist in Malaysia plus i felt so shame if the international personnel read or saw some new and weird terms in the big and internation function held in Malaysia and over the world concurently. Yeap ... we , Chinese , pure Chinese , not a banana , is lack of the habit of continuous reading of quality novel that makes our commanding english level so low. Some cant even speak or write English in a proper way. This can be forgive since we are not force to get a very good level of language since we are young (childhood). Bahasa , Chinese , English ... we needed to learn 3 languages in the sametime. Most of the students with good language scores will have bad result on other subjects like Math, Science, History or so on. Students only can focus on subjects that interested them. For me, thanks to my parents, providing me tuition with good quality teacher, my writing in 3 languages are considered okay . Speaking is perfect in Chinese , Average in English and boleh cari makan in Bahasa.

Few more days countdown back to my KL life
Hmm .. considered have took a very very very long holidays !! Felt comfortable with my life over here !! But cant escape from getting back to the stressful and busy life again next tuesday onwards. :) got the biggest present from the trip back to Sabah on Wednesday. Hope that everyone will pen down every deals with me before my birthday. Thats will be the best thing i will ever wanted.
Every seconds there is someone suffering at the corner around the world. So please do not tell yourself that you are at the deepest shit right now because you aint know what is going on outside and there is still people dying because of Poverty, running because of owing a real big bad debt, and sleeping outside without a good shelter. So when meet with obstacles, jsut ttry to crawl away or jump over with it. We are not belong to the hardest group of terresterial side since the problem we facing is not threatening our life yet.
When we think this is the best, actually it is only a pass stage ; while when you think this is the end of the world when it is just a little bit of challenges in ur life. :) stand up and be optimistic to face the world. Tell out loud of your dream to the surrounding, they can laugh you, tease you even make a joke on you, but you cant look down on yourself because no one will stand by your side if you yourself is not going to prove it to them. ^___^ i have made one of the joke become true few months ago, and i am going to fulfill my dreams again. Will prove that those look down on me that they are wrong ; because we are what we are when we want it to become real. When there is a will , there will be real. :)

A good day out with brother in law
phew .. another good day for me as were going out with my brother in law to CP. Planned to go for movie at the new cinema @ Palm Square. But end up our Hall is at the old site. Zzzz ... a lil bit disappointed for both of us. But surprisingly the ticket is so affordable here - RM6 per tix. Thou the chair is not as comfy as the one at GSC, but the environment is still averagely acceptable.

LoLs .. i have never thought that a parent will always have this kind of attitude. I mean, this attitude is mostly possessed by most of the parents out there. They always said no in fact they want to agree with you. They always ignore your point but in the heart they are freaking supporting you. Last time when i discussed with James bout this topic , he got the same point of view too. But personally for myself, i never have the strong feeling / experience before. But for this Ox Year, lols this great feeling is flying towards me.

hohoho ... im a healthy young man right now !! is having my 4 + 5 rest time daily. Hmm , always sleep for 4 hours during nite time (thats why i wake up at 4am and start working or doing my own job). Then during noon time , will take my 50minutes nap. Kakaak .. is it a normal and healthy lifestyle ?? ohhohoho !! dont care la .. as long as i happy for now then enough jo .
But darn scary la this few days. My housemate (everyone should know which one i refering) is like a farker . Always dont lock the door . somemore suka suka wake us up during 6am to reverse car for him. WTF ... #$@##%$ tak tahu people still sleeping one ark !?!? But he dint lock the front gate, making most of us so scared. =.= somemroe ivan is moving hse to the next door , no more gate locker to lock the door before mid night. Sigh ...

My advice is - eat more vege instead of fruits. Because fruits got glucose ( will make u gain weight) , but vegetables are rich in fiber but less glucose (or we can say no glucose) . Hmm .. then please dont makan any McD or fast food. Morning must have your breakfast, lunch can eat a lot , dinner less a bit , if possible , eat vege and rice only. Then drink more water. Thats it. Dont forget to go exercise.
Ohh .. now baru i figure out somebody have cut a short hair. somemore is missing from the earth. Sukkie edayo, mana lu la !! how come hiding yourself for more than 2 months. who you want to hide from. The best thing i enjoy most is - EVERYONE is enjoying the night. I have really organised a good party. And i have been a good schauffer. I have done my job perfectly. And hope that the birthday boi enjoy the arrangement i made for him. Thou it is not so perfect at the beginning. But at least i made out all the preparations on my 100% effort jo. I really wish to make things happen but just that everything is fully booked. Luckily we no need to wait long for dinner plus our club session. =) thanks for the network i have too.

Clumsy Mind
Zzz ... was having a stupid thinking this few days. Hmm ... whether to hold the past or to get a better one? Sometimes you will look back your past whether is it good to hold the belief or you should really learn something new in order to be a SMART BOI and avoid yourself as a naive animal anymore. What Malay said - merunsingkan fikiranku. What a complicated thought that is running in every nerve within me. Sooooooooooooo hard to make decision on this point.
Argggghhh, year 2008 really not a good year for me. There is a SiFu told me that this is not a good year to start any business. But we just ignored her advice and thought we can fight off the challenges, yet we are just 50% doing what we belief it will happen. But we still manage to get a draw instead of just listening to SiFu. hope what SiFu words to me will really come true. 2009 will be the best year for me and a lot changes will happen to me. Hmm, left 9 more days then can say bye bye to this terrible years. Personally really wish that this 9 days can at least let me see and taste some good fruits. What i should do have already been done - pray to GOD, do my job, speaks where it need my advice, opens for all advices, take initiative to build network and never say DIE when hard time comes.
Hmm ... everyone said i am a fighter / risk taker / challenger / dare devil. Yaaa , i admit all this nicks is darn suitable for me. Never regret of what i am doing now. Never regret that i never enter to bank industry and having my leg shaking everyday and in the end have a good paid every end of the month. Because i know that once my works turn fruitful, my paid will be 100000 times more than those who having a good start than me.
I felt so bad lately because never fulfill the promise that i have made for my dad. Never earn enough to go back hometown before next year chinese new year (thou now is still early to say that i am confirm lose in the battle, but the current situation is just too dark for me) Dad, sorry !! I am ashame of what i have not yet done perfectly. But i promise will keep my hard work in order to fulfill what i have promised to you. Will make some good strikes before going back to hometown next year. Oh GOD, please do lend a helping hands for me. Without luck there is no hope to see rainbow in the sky.

Is it im kinda busy with my current business till that i have lost my feeling bout returning to my frozen land?? i wish to go back my land with a lot fortune on hands. Rather than going back there and listen to those relatives bad and negative words on me. They usually will ask, how much your paid per month, what work you doing ? Hows your life ? BULL SHIT.. sick of listening all this lame greetings. I just want to earn more in order to go back there proudly. Dont want to see any two-faced human coming over and show off in front of me.
=) today just wore the new T-Shirt that i bought and got pray pray from the temple. Hmm .. feeling sooooo lucky. Got to met someone that i really wish to see. Then got some good experience. Even usually it will traffic jam but i still can avoid it. Is it the power of GOD? Is it transffering to me? Thanks a lot if it is true. will work more hard + the luck is coming to me, i shall see more rainbows in the sky.

Argggghhh, year 2008 really not a good year for me. There is a SiFu told me that this is not a good year to start any business. But we just ignored her advice and thought we can fight off the challenges, yet we are just 50% doing what we belief it will happen. But we still manage to get a draw instead of just listening to SiFu. hope what SiFu words to me will really come true. 2009 will be the best year for me and a lot changes will happen to me. Hmm, left 9 more days then can say bye bye to this terrible years. Personally really wish that this 9 days can at least let me see and taste some good fruits. What i should do have already been done - pray to GOD, do my job, speaks where it need my advice, opens for all advices, take initiative to build network and never say DIE when hard time comes.
Hmm ... everyone said i am a fighter / risk taker / challenger / dare devil. Yaaa , i admit all this nicks is darn suitable for me. Never regret of what i am doing now. Never regret that i never enter to bank industry and having my leg shaking everyday and in the end have a good paid every end of the month. Because i know that once my works turn fruitful, my paid will be 100000 times more than those who having a good start than me.
I felt so bad lately because never fulfill the promise that i have made for my dad. Never earn enough to go back hometown before next year chinese new year (thou now is still early to say that i am confirm lose in the battle, but the current situation is just too dark for me) Dad, sorry !! I am ashame of what i have not yet done perfectly. But i promise will keep my hard work in order to fulfill what i have promised to you. Will make some good strikes before going back to hometown next year. Oh GOD, please do lend a helping hands for me. Without luck there is no hope to see rainbow in the sky.

My dad used to tell me, boi ark when you go out work, when will you get enough money to buy me a car !! Really !! i dont know whether my old ojisan still remember what he requested from me or not !! If he tak ingat, thats the best point lo !! hohoho !! can save money what !! but i darn sure he will remember one !! Hmm .. thats why i trying to find a suitable model now for him. After a long period of choosing, i think get him a Camry should be nice. But my aunty next door is having a Camry now. So better dont use the car, later they will say we follow them. Then, think har think har and go youtube watch a lot of car performance and review, thinking of my dad is going to 60 soon. Volvo, Mercedes and BMW is more suitable for him. But check back to my piggy bank, is out of budget. Zzzz ... then gotta dig more into the car magazine.. Deng deng deng ... finally get on some nice car for my dad. Honda Accord. The new Honda Accord should be suit him. =. = but as what i knew .. for the premium Honda Accord 2.4 VTi-L (2.0 is just a crap la, the car so freaking fat still use 2.0CC only meh,how u want to accelerate it wor) the pricing is around RM172,800 . hmm, still fall within my budget.
Sob .. but if like that then i gonna wave good bye for my Audi A4 2.0T Quattro B8. Zzz .. my dream car for now !! But that silly Audi A4 B8 (comes with V8 engine) will cost around RM 268,000. Its Fxxxing Expensive leh. But every forthnight i am dreaming bout my lovely car. Hmm ... Zzzz, what to do !?!?! buy two cars one shot = killing me ! bcoz all what i earned will be invested in car. Buying one car alone still okay geh !! Think har think har .. force my dad take loan or force my silly brother pinjam loan better. Then i will take up the repayment responsibility !! hohoho ..
But yet still need to change my purchase to Mitsubishi Lancer X which will cost me around RM 120,000 ONLY ! =. = then now ma ngam already lor the budget. At first want to get Audi S4, around RM300k one. Now use RM300k budget get two cars. Win Win situation plus every parties are happy. = .=
